Trimpedia.com provides digital products, including grooming guides. The website is part of Hondentrimsalon Almere Buiten, HJA Hovensgrevestraat 23, 1333 KX in Almere, the Netherlands and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under registration number Chamber of Commerce 39075381.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By purchasing a digital product or otherwise using Trimpedia.com, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to them.
1 Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to the digital products of Trimpedia.com, as described in more detail below. The general terms and conditions can be downloaded as a PDF and will also be sent by e-mail upon request.
2 Delivery of digital products
Our digital products can be downloaded from the online environment of the Trimpedia.com website, subject to the terms of use as stated below.
3 Payment
3.1 We accept various payment methods, namely iDEAL, Bancontact, Creditcard and Klarna. The amount due will be settled directly online using one of the payment methods accepted by us through our partner Mollie.
3.2 If it proves impossible to debit the amount due using the payment details known to us, access to the purchased digital product will be terminated by us, unless you still send us the payment. The purchase process may need to be completed again to gain access to the digital product.
3.3 Please note that the prices of our products may change in the future. This does not affect products already purchased, which require a one-off payment.
4 Right of withdrawal
4.1 You can cancel your purchase of a digital product, without giving any reason, during a period of 7 days from the day you can use that product. Such cancellation is completely free of charge and the amount you have paid will be refunded using the payment details known to us. Refund will be made within 14 days of cancellation.
4.2 The right of withdrawal expires when you have become aware of the contents during the 7 days. After all, at that moment the execution of the agreement will start with your express consent and you hereby declare that you waive your right of withdrawal.

5 General terms of use
5.2 You can use the digital products to which you have been given access for as long as you wish.
5.3 Our digital products are equipped with visible watermarks, for the purpose of combating illegal distribution and unauthorized duplication of content.
5.4 You agree, after purchasing a digital product, not to: sell, transfer, rent, copy, reproduce, distribute, disclose, modify, rip, with respect to the content of this product obtained from us , lend or otherwise make it available to a third party or commercially exploit it.
6 Complaints
6.1 We think it is very important that you are satisfied with our products. In addition, our products must in any case comply with what you can expect from them based on the agreement. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied or have a complaint regarding a digital product, we ask that you report this within a reasonable time after it arises by sending an email to info@trimpedia.com We will then do our best to resolve your complaint as best and quickly as possible.

8 Dutch law
8 These general terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Disputes arising from or related to these general terms and conditions will initially be submitted exclusively to a competent court.
